Dr. Simmons graduated from the Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas with her DDS degree in 2005. She practiced for several years in Dallas before returning to the Tampa Bay area, where she grew up. Dr. Simmons' primary practice focus is general dentistry, including ortho and endodontics. Dr. Simmons furthers her education each year to provide you with the latest, modern advances in dentistry. When she’s not seeing patients, Dr. Simmons enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
Dr. Oldham received her DMD degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2009. Dr. Oldham loves helping her patients improve their smiles and also offers ortho and is able to help high fear patients through IV sedation. She is continually improving her skills through continuing education so she may provide the best care for her patients. In her spare time, Dr. Oldham is active in the community, loves trying new recipes, needlepointing, and spending time with her husband and three young children.
Dr. Klement graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2016. The same dental school his uncle Dr. Bill Klement, who founded Klement Family Dental in the 1970's, graduated from over 50 years ago. Dr. Klement consistently expands his knowledge and experience by taking dental education courses, including the Implant Educators six-month long continuum on placement and restoration of dental implants through the University of Florida College of Dentistry at Seminole. When not in the office, Dr. Klement loves spending time on the water, the golf course or on a ski slope.
Dr. Combs earned his DMD from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2017 and graduated in the top 10% of his class. Since graduating, Dr. Combs has also completed over 100 hours of continuing education in implant dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He strives to working collaboratively with his patients to achieve their dental goals. When he is not in the office he enjoys playing tennis or spending time with his dog.
Dr. Rattehalli earned her D.M.D in 2019 from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After graduation, she moved back to the Tampa Bay Area, where she grew up. Dr. Rattehalli strives to create a welcoming environment to address her patients’ dental needs and goals. She is a member of the Florida Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. In her spare time, Dr. Rattehalli enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as reading, fashion illustration, giving back to the community, and staying active.
After earning his DMD from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2020, Dr. Ullrich completed a post graduate residency program in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the highly regarded University of Florida College of Dentistry in Seminole. Dr. Ullrich loves helping his patients achieve their optimum dental health. Although he was born in Chile, Dr. Ullrich moved to Kentucky when he was in elementary school. He is bilingual in Spanish. In his spare time, Dr. Ullrich loves to play pickup soccer games and play with his dog.
Dr. Musselman grew up in St. Petersburg and earned his DMD from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in 2018. He practiced in Tampa and St. Petersburg for several years before joining Klement Family Dental. Dr. Musselman is committed to his continuing dental education so that he can provide the very best care to his patients. Outside the office, Dr. Musselman is an avid golfer with a low handicap and enjoys spending time with his wife (they were high school sweethearts), their extended families and their dog.
Dr. Foshee was born and raised in a small town outside Orlando of St. Cloud, Fl. He received his DMD from the LECOM School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Foshee takes pride in continuing to learn the latest in all realms of restorative dentistry. From esthetics to implants, where he has become an Implant Pathway Fellow, he wants to provide all his patients with the best care possible. He enjoys most outdoor activities. You can catch him on the water, at the gym, or watching sports with friends and family.
Dr. Geraghty completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida (UCF) before pursuing a degree in dentistry at the University of Florida (UF). Achieving excellence in her academic journey, she continued her education at the Malcom Randall VA in Gainesville and worked on her General Practice Residency. Notably, Dr. Geraghty was honored with the Spirit of UFCD award by the dean, a recognition granted to only one student. In her spare time, Dr. Geraghty does volunteer work and finds joy in outdoor activities, working out, going to the beach, and going on bike rides.
Dr. Klement received his DMD degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1979 and joined his older brother Dr. William F. Klement in practice in St. Petersburg. For more than 30 years, Dr. Klement has consistently expanded his knowledge and experience by taking extensive continuing education courses, including those in crown & bridge, cosmetic dentistry, and TMJ (jaw pain) therapy.
